Description
Download this free e-book about How to Use Notebooking Pages with Unit Studies in your homeschool. This e-book explains how to start using notebooking pages naturally to help develop even your youngest learner’s language arts skills up through high school.
With clear examples of how our family used notebooking pages for learning how to write using narration, copywork and dictation techniques to taking notes while doing research and practicing expository writing in the upper grades in all subject areas, you’ll be on your way to using notebooking pages in no time.
The e-book includes pictures of notebooking pages we wrote while studying different subject areas and explains how to tie the use of these pages into a unit study. It also details how you can incorporate lapbooking with your notebooking pages if you have learners that need a break from just writing. The lapbooking includes cutting and pasting different elements onto card stock with a writing here and there. We included in both in our studies to add some variety and combined the notebooking pages and the lapbook card stock pages into a 3 ring binder for a full notebook of what we studied in that particular subject area. We did this for a number of our subjects and had a portfolio of our work for the school year.
You’ll find this e-book helpful in brainstorming ideas how to use notebooking pages with unit studies and starting or coming up with ideas of what you to include in your next unit study.
